The Armor AX25 combines two great products into one! With the AX25, you get a penetrating water repellent sealer, and a high gloss acrylic coating - all packed into one amazing product! The Armor AX25 is a solvent-based siloxane-infused acrylic sealer designed to enhance, seal, and protect concrete and paver surfaces. It will darken the surface and enhance any dull and faded coloring, and protect the surface with a durable high gloss surface film. The Armor AX25 is a fantastic sealer if you are looking to bring out dull and faded surfaces, enhance surfaces with a high gloss wet look finish, and provide superior water repellency benefits to the surface. The Armor AX25 also doubles as a cure and seal and can be applied to new concrete. The Armor AX25 is made from high quality, non-recycled, US manufactured resins. It is non-yellowing, breathable, and low VOC. The protective high gloss film will reduce damage and deterioration caused by surface abrasion and water absorption including cracking, spalling, pitting, dusting, and the growth of mold, mildew, and algae.

I applied the Foundation Armor AX25 to my concrete driveway this fall, and the final result is outstanding. For prep, I made sure to thoroughly degrease the entire surface first. I applied two coats using a 3/8" solvent-resistant nap roller, and it laid down perfectly with absolutely no lap marks—which is usually my biggest concern with rolled clear coats. Coverage was right on the money. It took about four gallons to get two solid coats down on a double driveway plus a 20x3 foot walkway. I rolled it out on a day when it hit 20°C (68°F), dropping down to about 7°C (45°F) overnight, and it cured beautifully without any issues. I also mixed in SharkGrip for traction. Slip-resistant additives can sometimes dull a clear coat or cause it to streak, but the AX25 maintained a brilliant, high-gloss wet look even with the aggregate mixed in. It looks amazing and cured to a hard, professional-grade finish. Highly recommended.. Jeff. Calgary, AB. Mon Oct 05 2026

I bought the 80 gallon without the mixing valve to save a bit of money. I have a family of four adults and two children as well as a tenant so five adults in total in approximately 2000 sq ft of home. Three bathrooms one dishwasher which we frequently use and a washing machine. I also have a recirculating pump that turns on in the morning so the kids don’t have to wait for warm water. Other than when we first filled it I have only ever used eco mode and have never had to switch to another mode to recover. I thought about whether I needed the mixing valve so I could heat the water hotter and have even more capacity but the mixing valve would not have been compatible with my recirculation setup according to my plumber and it makes sense as the heater would then be constantly heating cold water for no reason. So far that extra capacity the mixing valve buys has not been necessary. I switched from a gas water heater to electric because I have solar and there was an incentive program. My gas billed was halved in the winter time and in spring and summer is nonexistent. Electricity consumption is so low it barely makes a change at least when I monitor consumption in the solar app. So I totally buy the super high efficiency ratings. Water comes out as hot as desired. The app is a bit buggy and the WiFi connectivity is just okay. The heater is about 60 feet away from my WiFi with one door and it disconnects a lot. Seeing consumption on the app is nice but not always possible with the WiFi connectivity. I suppose people who need to change the modes more frequently would use the other features but I have just always been on eco. Noise is supposed to be one of the lowest there is. I personally was not expecting to hear anything but perhaps as a result of how it was installed with bracing it vibrates other structures which amplify the noise? I can definitely hear a low drone in my garage. It’s not bothersome and fades to background eventually. But I would definitely caution anybody who has to put their heater in living spaces to insulate that mechanical room well. Once my garage door is closed I can barely hear it but it was a bit more than I expected.. Jonnnn. California. Mon May 18 2026

The Moen Flo Shutoff installs on your home's main water line to monitor flow, pressure, and temperature 24/7, and automatically shuts off your water if it detects a leak, before it causes serious damage. Most water devices wait for a leak to happen, then send you an alert. The Flo Shutoff works differently. It proactively runs daily MicroLeak tests to find small drips, high pressure, and freezing conditions before they cause damage. When something is seriously wrong, it doesn’t just notify you, it automatically shuts off your water. A third-party LexisNexis study found homes with a Flo Shutoff saw up to a 96% reduction in water damage claim events. Stay in control from anywhere with the Moen Flo App, and add a FloProtect plan for extended warranty coverage and insurance deductible support. Because the Flo Shutoff installs in-line on your main water supply, professional installation is recommended. Water damage is the most underestimated threat inside a home; more common than fire and more costly than theft. Moen Flo exists to change that. We prevent loss, one drip at a time.

This is awesome. Frequently leaks are stopped with this shutoff. After paying 1,600 for a preventable pipe leak, this pays for itself. Karnik. Fri Sep 25 2026

The Armor SX5000 WB is a PRO-Grade water-based penetrating water-repellent sealer. It penetrates deep into the substrate where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores that reduces surface water absorption by up to 95%. The Armor SX5000 WB is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or color of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

Runs daily microleak tests to ensure your home’s plumbing network runs efficiently while identifying leaks as small as a single drop per minute.

This is a great product. We have a valve installed at each of two homes. We actually had pretty good luck training the valves to correctly recognize fixtures, and that my father-in-law sometimes DOES take a shower at 2am. My concern is a recent downgrade of the App and Website feature set. It is no longer possible to manually correct fixture identification. The online instructions still direct you to links that are no longer available on the app or website. I think it is rather tacky to get us commited to a VERY expensive valve and installation and then take away features. We used the old app until after it was to expire as the features were still there. Sadly, now the original app is no longer functional. When I called support I was told that the app was still in development. Sounds a little fishy to me. Why would you release a complely new app that does half what the old app did? Months later features are still missing. Please consider giving this some attention ASAP? Thank you for an otherwise great product. Doubleflo. CA. Wed Aug 26 2026
