Update 121625 - Ok, Doors have been installed now my husband will put holes in for the doors for the handle hardware and wait for our warmer weather to paint doors (black). He will paint the trim and doors black. But these doors provide such a much more expensive and quality look. The contrast between the original doors and these 5 panel doors are night and day and the soundproofing is sooo much better. We have a open concept home and to have the solid core makes such a difference. So much so we were going to leave one of our doors that is not seen in the main area original but he had me order another one today. I will say these doors were prices extremely well over the big box stores or any competitor. I can not express how much these doors have increased not only the value of our home but the beauty. Original 111425 My husband has been disappointed with the current doors we have in home (hollow core and plain). Our home is an open plan and the doors being as they are you hear everything and this was his biggest complaint outside of the fact that they were plain and ugly. He saw these and had me order three of them immediately. First assessment, well packaged and secured. The doors are very heavy and sturdy. Excellent pan. Unlike many other pans this one has the aluminum all the way up the sides rather than just on the bottom. I just purchased 2 sets of this Caphalon Cookware as gifts for my daughters. I have owned the same set for over 17 years and it is still going strong! Caphalon sells 2 space saver sets (a lower priced version and this set which is almost double the price). The difference is on the handle of each lid. The lower price version has a rubber handle that is not suitable for use in the oven. The lids on this (higher end) set have metal handles and can be used in the oven. Keep that in mind if you are considering the lower priced set as it is not as versatile. I love to cook and this has been my favorite set of cookware ever!
