Looks exactly as pictured but I have to admit that the crystals do look more like plastic than glass. Maybe it's in the way they cut them. I actually purchased more crystals to add another layer and it became obvious how much more those new crystals looked like glass versus the ones these come with, but it wasn't a difference that anyone other than me (being super up close to it as I was putting them on) would notice. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase. By the way, if you plan to add chain, this company does sell chain separately (at other retailers) in the specific colors to match the chandelier.
