From the moment I propped it into my office chair, I knew I wasn't going to like it. It's too bulky to sit in an office chair and remain comfortable because the rollers stick out too far. And I was disappointed in the description of the product where it lists "rolling" as one of the aspects, which I thought you could shift the rollers up and down to massage different parts of your back or shoulders/neck, but unfortunately is not the case because the rollers are stationary. Plus the leg massager is extremely uncomfortable. I thought it would have pressure massagers that inflated from the back and the sides but all it's merely a vibrating function in the back of the leg space. The foot roller is uncomfortable, too.
