First of all, this tile is freaking gorgeous and I’m obsessed with it. Would I purchase it again? Depends on the project… I bought this to frame our fireplace and it turned out beautiful, however! The way the material came in and was packed is truly shocking. The boxes were all split because they were not sturdy enough to hold 5 ft.² of this tile. There was very flimsy Styrofoam added in between stacks and that’s about it. I would say, be prepared for about 10% of the tiles to be broken. Another thing is, be prepared for the tiles to be irregular and what I mean by that is they are most certainly not 4 x 4. Some are smaller, some wider, the thickness is different between each tile. I’ve worked with a lot of irregular type tiles, and this one was by far the worst. As you can see in one of my photos, it was a real chore to get them lined up the way we wanted them too, but we did the best we could. ***UPDATE. THE 3D stuff I bought was puffy and I needed to cut and that wasn’t gonna be cleaning-friendly and it didn’t even go that well with my shower and floor tiles. So back to the sticker. They’re fine, and growing on my my the second. I needed like one more stickers to fit my space but i didn’t want to buy a whole new set so I spread them out a bit and didn’t put them in unseen corners. It’s a temporary fix and it’s better than what it was. Im considering caulking in between to cover space and maybe make the stickers look more like tile. well. it does just look like a sticker like everyone says. it is a pretty cool looking sticker and seems high quality. I got it to put over a yellowy fake-idk-what plastic backsplash on my bathroom sink until we renovate someday. it stuck great but didnt quite go with the rest of the bathroom so now Im going to try a plain adhesive faux tile from Smart tile and see if that looks better. i have a feeling i might go back to the sticker.
