I ordered a red toaster, received a black and silver, then received a beautiful black and rose gold, bit I ordered red! They refused to send me a red one and refused my money. So I reorder the RED toaster and still received a rose gold and black. I dont know why it was so hard for them to send me what I ordered which was a RED toaster, but I never received my RED toaster.
