Very disappointing experience. The box arrived badly damaged, with multiple tears, holes, and crushed corners. The hardware package was completely missing, so there were no screws, bolts, or tools to assemble the furniture. The set was unusable right out of the box. I requested a full return because I couldn’t verify whether additional parts were also missing due to the condition of the packaging. I can’t recommend this product based on my experience.. This patio set is super cute! The directions were a little confusing at first, but once I got started things went together nicely. The direction sheets also have links to videos of the assembly.
