Lights are super easy to use and intuitive to put together. They come with individual tracks for the lights to attach to and extra wire so that you can distance your lights to get your outlet. We went with the outlet option but it does look like it is able to be hardwired into a house if that is your preference. The color of the light is warmer than most standard LEDs which creates a soft backlight look. We did have to change our overhead lights in the closet to match this to a much lower lighting than came on. The overhead can lights. Installation is super easy. Replaced 2 8 foot flourescent garage ceiling mount lights. Not user friendly with respect to mounting on ceiling where existing wiring penetrates.
