Where can I begin this chair is the chair of all massage chairs. It was pretty easy to set up once you got it out of the huge box. Make sure your doors are wide enough to allow for its entry. I had to use my back doors doodue to my front door being smaller than my back. I plugged in the power cord the screen dock then the screen and I was ready for the massage to begin. Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element. Easy order. Delivery guys were so awesome. But here’s my problem so far (I just got this today). When I was looking at purchasing, a lot of people had on their reviews that the access access panel was difficult to get to. Believe it. You have 4. 3-inch screws. Set deep into the corners of the access panel. They are so hard to get in and out I had noticed even on My spa The assembly people put one in crooked and then just screwed a new one on top of it. Aqua rest really needs to rethink that access panel and make it much easier to access. As far as spa is concerned it is very pretty ! mines at a 110 but I do notice that the Jets are nice but not strong enough for a deep tissue massage. You may want to think about that if you’re looking for strong jets Also, I had ordered the Keystone color which online looks a little bit brown and when I got my steps first, they looked gray.
