I like that the crate cover is very clean looking. It has one tie at the bottom of each side of the front to secure it more tightly to the crate. The crate mattress is fine. Not as thick as id like but serves its purpose. Not sure if it will hold up in a washing machine yet if needed. My only complaint is in regards to the side bumper pad thats included. It has several ties on it that allow you to secure it to the crate panels. They are difficult to tie down tight enough even when you double knot them. And of course the first thing the Pup noticed was the ties and instantly gravitated to chewing them while i was trying to tie them. So im not quite sure how long theyll last before she chews the ties off or the entire bumper. I was a little worried by the 1 star and 2 star reviews about the latching hardware not being good. PLEASE IGNORE THOSE! It is obvious that they missed an important step in the instructions regarding spring loaded latches for the inside of the left front gate. Love it! It looks so much nicer than our old wire kennel. Our dog is 60 lb (shepherd but on the shorter side) and our other 25 lb and they can both cuddle in it. I would not recommend for any bigger of a dog unless you are not going to put the bottoms in the drawersare not going to put the drawers in.
