I am 100% disappointed with this purchase. The picture looked great, but the actual product is very cheap and poorly made. I understood that it needed to be assembled, but I thought that meant attaching the brackets and hanging rods to the shelf. The rods are in two pieces and are attached by a spring and push button. I have had items that needed to be assembled in the past, but the items such as the support rods were solid and attached or connected by a screw, not a spring and push button.
