Love our new Kenia Extendable Table! Excited to be able to mix and match with the matching Kenia chairs and Allen’s Tufted Velvet chairs to seat 4, 6 or 8. We opted to set up the table at normal table height, but it comes with extra risers if you’d prefer to set it up at counter height. The table also includes a leaf to extend the table so it is a square - instead of rectangular. Loved the white glove delivery service. They set it up as a square and then took the leaf out. This is a great petite adjustable table. The smaller unextended size is ideal for everyday use and fits perfectly in my space. The hidden built-in leaf is easily pulled out from the middle which gives more seating or space for crafting, sewing, or paperwork. The table top is covered in a type of walnut wood-look laminate. The table top seems durable, scratch and dent resistant. The legs are an iron like metal and finished in a matte black. With the pedestal legs located in the center, it is possible to easily seat 6 to 8 chairs around the table. After reading the instructions and using a phillips head screwdriver, (which is not included) it took my husband 2 hours to completely put the table together. Beautiful table and easy to put together. It took almost 2 months for delivery, but we got it during COVID. The only thing we didn’t like is that it came damaged on one of the corners. A small damage that we can repair quickly by lightly sanding and staining it so not a big deal and not worthy to send it back after all the wait. Other than that we are pretty happy with the table. The table fits our needs. However, it took 4 separate shipments to make it right. Two tables were damaged and one was the wrong color. Judging by the damages, I think the problem is in how they have been stored. It appears that perhaps too much weight is put on top of the boxes which crushes the product. Much more red than I was expectingthe pictures. Espresso is not the right name for the finish. It is very much a cherry finish. Absolutely stunning table!! It is a solid and sturdy piece and adding the additional two leaves in is very easy. The table is lighter in color than the online picture shows with a slight yellow undertone but overall the color is beautiful and works very well in our dining room.
