I have been using this for a couple of months now, I am so impressed. I can boil water so fast. Food cooks fast and effecient. I do have to use it on a lower setting than I am use to because it heats so even and fast. Like med heat is a setting of 3-4, in stead of other stoves where it's like 6-7. Easy to use, easy to clean, so sleek and modern. No knobs to clean under or around makes it so much nicer than tradienal coil stoves or gas burners where food gets stuck everywhere. Have this for about 15 months. Using Barkeepers for stainless steel to clean but over time, some spills have become impossible to remove. Any recommendations on other acceptable safe cleaners? I have black stainless steel. The cooktop works well. Too bad the hortizontal piece on which the knobs sit become very hot when the stove is in use. Need to be careful.
