This fireplace is lovely, it puts out exceptional heat and is very attractive on my dove gray wall. Now mounting it was another story, the studs provided did not work at all, luckily we had studs that did work - so mounting took some finagling, but the finished result is BEAUTIFUL! Unfortunately the left side flame did not work but I called the manufacturer customer service and they said it is the LED light and they are making it right.
