I am giving three stars because the refrigerator arrived extremely damaged. It looks like something fell on it. I will say that it look like a huge, spacious, and amazing refrigeratorfreezer. Temperature is shown on the outside so you will be able to know and set it easily. You have keys if you want to lock it. We really wanted this for our overflow from our kitchen fridge. We need a large freezer as we have a lot of frozen items and at this point, they really do not fit in the regular fridge. This is a commercial size refrigeratorfreezer and there is so much room! The racks are heavyweight so you can place plenty of things on them. I spoke with Wayfair the day it was delivered and they were amazing. They are going to be sending out a replacement. I will update when I receive my replacement. We are so excited! Delivery service is great as they keep you as to when they are going to arrive. UPDATE- I received my replacements and it is gorgeous! I love my refrigerator, especially the pullout drawer under the double doors. Also, my son loves the double ice makers in 2 sizes. On the left double door in the right corner is a lever that opens the door to access the water there is also a pitcher you can fill with water. There are also some shelves that you can use for other items. I paid for the refrigerator to be installed, but when it was delivered there was no mention of installing my Refrigerator. The refrigerator sat in my garage for about 3 weeks and no one called me about installing my refrigerator. I did call to schedule installation, but no one called me to make an appointment. I even paid 50 to have the old refrigerator removed. My son is the person who installed the refrigerator for me. It took him several hours to install as he had to remove the doors to make it fit. There are “duration” functions where you can turn cooking times on and off and it is difficult to tell whether they are on or not and for which oven.. oh and it only all for military time display. Not good for us. The oven worked as intended the first few days and then suddenly the small oven stopped heating. We can’t figure out why (is it the duration function or not? And no we are not tech-dumb - my husband is an engineer who can figure most anything out and this is our second Ilve but this one operates differently.. ) and now will need to call in a technician and spend more money on this. We went for the sleek design for our modernized our kitchen and this fridge offered a unique dash of personality. I love how it’s fit into its cabinetry space while still offering spacious storage within. The stainless finish is amazing. Its 4 doors integrates separate piles of groceries, leftovers, beverages, and frozen stuff with ease, and I have no more a cluttered fridge. The old fridge we got with the home was small with less space and is aesthetically dull. The freezer was easy to use and simple with a spacious layout, while the access drawers allow a simple retrieval of frozen items with no sticking needed. In an addition to all the other functions, it does run quietly, which is an asset in our open style house. the lights are bright but not blinding, and the adjustable a door shape is a great feature. The design, efficiency, and smart details all scream for this refrigerator. like you see my kids had a blast putting all their travel magnet collection over it already, and we still got ample space for more to add later. Purchased a similar one in our last house from LG that did not have the extra cooling drawer and it was a great refrigerator - never any issues in the three years before we moved. With the extra cooling drawer it is even a better refrigerator. I love this fridge. It looks sleek and the middle drawer is super convenient. We use it for drinks not as vegetable drawer. The fridge is smaller but works fine for 2 people.
