Wayfair is the best! I had purchased a refrigerator and when it arrived, there was some rub marks on the side panel that the delivery men spotted. I told them that it was ok because it would not be seen. Next thing I knew, a new refrigerator was being sent to me. I called and told them it was not necessary.
