This mattress does not have a zipper and the thickness and hardness cannot be changed like the one in the picture that was listed at the time I purchased it. It is supposed to be plush, but if you know anything about more natural mattresses usually the lush is not anywhere near as plush as the synthetic ones. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
