Really happy with this purchase. The grill gets hot quickly and has plenty of cooking space. I also like having the extra storage cabinets. But overall, the assembly was fairly simple, and the directions were clear and easy. We just used our new grill for the first time this past weekend. I've owned my Broil King Pellet for several years and have tried my friend's low-cost smokers and they simply don't compare. The quality difference in the Broil King is superior, I get a reliable cook each time and haven't had any issues. Other reviews mention auger jams but this can be avoided by not overfilling with pellets and removing your excess pellets after cooking - I have friends who run into auger jams on their smokers and its because they forget that the auger is already half loaded from their last cook.
