I replaced my 20 year old grill with this Napoleon 700 series grill. The technology on this grill has come a long way compared to my old grill. Cooks great, doesn’t flare up like my old grill. It has an insulated hood that keeps a consistent temperature. I used the rotisserie for the first time this weekend and it worked great. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. With the back infrared burner it cooked very evenly. The lights on the grill work great for cooking at night and they look pretty cool too. Had my father-in-law and uncle-in-law put this together after Easter, didn’t take the guys long and the door line up and nothing is arrived damaged or bent so it looks great, the mesa series looks very nice and I think is a step up from our last grill we had thats doors didn’t line up tehehe.. I got this 1 1/2 years ago. It is obvious this grill is built to last for the long term. I grill 3 - 4 times a week and this baby is going to endure. The magic of this grill is the heat retention.
