Installed this as a part of my bathroom renovation and I couldn't be happier. It allows me to have a over the head rainshower shower head without having to have to relocate my plumbing into my ceiling. I did have to redo some plumbing to get the shower spout to the correct height for install. The rail attaches to the shower plumbing at the upper bracket, the lower bracket is merely for support. There is a built-in hand-held shower diverter, so you will need to consider the right sized shower hose and hand held shower head. Pros: High-end contemporary design. Solid build. The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement.
