This was a great find for me. Package was delivered timely and packaged securely, so there was no damage to the product. They give you an additional two glass globes just in case you break one while installing lol. I will say the install was very nerve wracking because you had to attach these hooks to the balls and then attach them to the springs that are on the flushed mount. It puts you in the mind of attaching hooks to a Christmas ornament. You have to be very careful when installing not to risk dropping and breaking one. I'm in love and I want everyone to know it. At approximately 25 inches in diameter it is a good size for a medium room and it may be one of the prettiest things I've ever seen. Order was well packaged, arrived timely and without damage. Ceiling lamp did require assembly. Each glass ball had to unwrapped and added at the appropriate point on the metal frame. Instructions were clear and assembly was simple but took a bit of time considering the number of glass balls. Installation was straightforward. It provides soft light which is what I was looking for. If you are looking for bright, book-reading light, I don’t think this one is for you. I was worried it would be too large for my space but it worked out perfectly. I’m really happy with this 4-light opal glass chandelier—it completely elevated the space. The opal glass globes give off a soft, diffused glow that feels warm without being harsh, which is exactly what I wanted for a diningliving area. (If you’re sensitive to bright lighting, this is a big win.) The design leans modern but still feels timeless, so it doesn’t look trendy in a way you’ll regret later.
