The recirculation kits performs multi-stage filtration and removes the odor from the gas and smoke that is sucked into the range hood, which removes harmful components and pollutants in the smoke, and effectively solves the problem of using range hoods in houses where the range hood cannot be exhausted. Do not try to clean the charcoal filter in the recirculation kit as it can not be cleaned, Please change the charcoal filter every 4-6 months (depending on hood usage)

You ask for a return call know one calls you back. I finally got thru after being on hold for 7 hours. Unbelievable!!! I finally got a technician to call me to ask me , what’s wrong with it”? I told him the message that’s blinking on the hood screen and he asks , so do you need parts ? What ?! How am I supposed to know. Oh my goodness. That’s why I’m calling him, to figure this out. Honestly save your money and your time. I will never purchase from wayfair again. I will update this review, the very helpful technician that is asking me if I need parts is suppose to come to my home tomorrow, therefore I need to miss work to wait for him. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. It’s just like the BioBidet 2000 where it pretty much has to have line of sight to the receiver whereas the 1400 you could hold it anywhere in your hand and all the buttons worked. Not so with the T44 remote. Also, the remote is very thin compared to the 1400 and the button(s) layout is weird in my opinion. Would give 5 stars if not for the line of sight issue. Gary K..
