These are in the style of a Roman shade, which is a nice concept for covering the glass panel in French Doors. They are magnetic, so easy to position up or drop down. However, instead of some type of metal or sturdy resin material, the “rod” inserts at the back of the shade are cheap plastic tubes which do not fit tightly enough or stay together very well— when inserting to the back of the curtain, the sections come apart. There are several colors to choose from, and the material is lightweight, but blocks even the strong sunlight we have in the desert. The doors are so irritating, how do I decorate them and block the cold and sunlight? Doors are really hard to deal with. You cant hang an ordinary curtain on them because that just makes no sense. The curtains will tangle on the hinges when you open and close the door. Use a French door panel. They are neat, and fine-looking, and alleviate the decor of the room. Use a lightweight, french sheer curtain to have your plain doors be part of your overall home decor.
