It has a big gouge in the side. When it came it was the only bad spot in the whole thing. We went ahead and put it together and Im trying to figure out a way to putty over it. Notice: There are locks at both sides for better security, the key can only be pulled out when well locked,which helps to prevent you from forgetting to lock and pulled out keys. Press down firmly on the lid with both hands if needed, make sure It's well closed, then the key would be released .
