Love this pressure cooker! I've been using an aluminum PC for years, but recently changed to an induction cooktopand needed an induction compatible PC. It's easy to close the lid securely, to tell when pressure has been achieved, and to quick release the pressure. Yes, it's expensive, but I'll have it the rest of my life and pass it on when I die. My 20-year old shower was leaking out the shower head even after replacing the mixer cap (rotating valve). Then I bought this, the pressure balancing unit (PBU) and after replacing both, there are no leaks and it works better than new. Kohler will say that this PBU is not the solution to a leaky shower head, but it was for me. Watch the Kohler installation video and buy both this PBU and the temperature regulator and you will be good as new. The parts change out quickly and easily with simple tools. While I haven't had the faucet installed yet, I just love the look of it. It arrived very quickly (thank you Wayfair!) and it is so beautiful. I selected the oil-rubbed bronze finish, and it's just what I was looking for. Many oil-rubbed bronze fixtures read very dark -- almost black -- but the Signature Hardware finish is definitely more of a definite warm brown, with pretty copper highlights, which is exactly what I'd searched high and low for and couldn't find forever.
