Originally I ordered what was defined as a "set". however, I only received the toilet base, no tank! After contacting Wayfair, they corrected the problem and sent the tank as well. This is a nice stable base that was well packaged (so much better than Build) and I’m happy with how well the dual flush tank works. No issues with needing to flush again or unclog anything. I’m also pleasantly surprised that the shape doesn’t seem to encourage ‘streaking’. It may be that the water level is high enough inside the bowl or it could be that it’s new and clean...? The base rests on the outside edges AND some interior supports, so our not level floor would not let the base sit flush on the floor. Some plastic shims in the back resolved the issue.. Anonymous. The Aquia IV bowl offers TOTO T40 Washlet®+ compatibility for when you are ready to upgrade. Compatible with T40 Washlet®+ electronic bidet seat models only. The Washlet®+ toilet features a channel on the bowl surface to help conceal your Washlet®+ supply line and power cord for seamless integration. When paired with its tank, the Aquia IV meets the standards for EPA WaterSense, and California CEC and CALGreen requirements. The Aquia IV comes ready for installation into a 12" rough-in but may be adapted for a 10" or 14" rough-in with the purchase of a separately sold adapter. Additional items needed for installation and use must be purchased separately: compatible tank, wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, water supply lines, and T40 Washlet®+ or seat designed for Washlet®+ models.
