This valve seems to be a serious one but can’t comment yet on full functionality since the remodel is still going on. Wayfair should review timelines for submitting reviews and increase to 6-12 months the timeframe so that customers can give more informed view on the product. The installer had no issues in plugging everything in, i have used it with copper lines, the stops are really useful to test everything and the preliminary tests were working all good. The diverter replacement was great. Originally ordered it for the shower remodel and it came in but the diverter was damaged a d reordered a new set only to find several pieces were missing in the box. Ordered the diverter by itself and received it quick then the 3rd set we ordered finally arrived arrived about 4 weeks late. We ordered from Delta directly, ordered one from the showroom and ordered one online just to get the shower done and see which venue would get it to us first. Got this product through a Municipal program. (H2O Water Sense Dual Flush) In less than 12 months the flush mechanism stopped working properly twice. Can't find info to troubleshoot the problem and can't find any info on repair parts.
