Extremely disappointed in the manufacturing quality of this table, especially given its close to $3,000 price point. While aesthetically pleasing, the structural integrity is fundamentally flawed. The table is held together by undersized screws that are inadequate for its significant weight. During a minor adjustment (moving it just a few inches), a leg literally split in half because the load wasn't properly supported at a key weak point. Furthermore, the center beam is purely decorative and offers zero structural reinforcement. This is a major safety concern; the table is prone to collapse under minimal lateral pressure, posing a risk to anyone nearby. To make the unit safe for use, we had to perform extensive manual reinforcements, including drilling new holes, doweling, and adding extra support boards. The picture that came with the table I bought showed 4 of the same table, and I thought I was buying 4- I had to go back and buy more so I got the table I wanted. I called and had to talk with someone to clarify what happened- I think the pictures with the table are misleading and suggest you change them. There is a package of buying 4 at a time, but I didn't see that- I only saw the pic of the 4 together as a board table- along with the one of four that I bought- that was a little frustrating..
