Tub was listed on the website as cast iron but actually was acrylic. Talked to customer service representative who was wonderful and immediately said the info was sent by the manufacturer to go on Wayfair website and that Wayfair was unaware that it wasn't cast iron. When we remodeled our master bathroom I didn't want to give up the giant soaking tub and replace it with just a shower. This bad boy is super deep with arm rests on each side and just the right amount of slope to lay comfortably back on my bath pillow. It's also sleek and smooth and easy to clean. This is a nice stable base that was well packaged (so much better than Build) and I’m happy with how well the dual flush tank works. No issues with needing to flush again or unclog anything. I’m also pleasantly surprised that the shape doesn’t seem to encourage ‘streaking’. It may be that the water level is high enough inside the bowl or it could be that it’s new and clean...? The base rests on the outside edges AND some interior supports, so our not level floor would not let the base sit flush on the floor. Some plastic shims in the back resolved the issue.. Anonymous.
