Toilets don't ship well but wayfair makes it right. Paying and picking up at home. Very heavy item. Which I don't understand since they will lose out on money. They don't have you return it when clearly broken and going to recycling or trash. It is good toilet and price but doesn't ship well. Great water delivery. Previous toilet had multiple holes which hard water build up decreased water released into stool when toilet was flushed. I never thought Id say this, but, this toilet is a work of art. I love this thing. Unfortunately it cant go in the bathroom yet as Im getting it painted in June, then Ill trade out the toilets so I wont have that I cant reach this spot behind the toilet on the wall.
