I bought this item from Best Plumbing in Somers, NY. It is extremely loud...anyone in the adjacent rooms will know that you're unrolling toilet paper. Perhaps it has something to do with the side that has the arm is not fitting flushly against the wall. I had to improvise and cut down a cabinet door bumper to size, and place it where the arm and other side of the holder meet. I needed to replace an older In2ition and decided on this one. So very happy! I think it supplies better shower spray pressure overall and the ProClean Spray is a terrific addition. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower.
