Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). In the shower, hip height is sufficient as a lower limit; there you should perhaps opt for the 24" wallbar or you could go for a 36" wallbar depending on your needs. It brings incredible amounts of freedom of movement, making it perfect for families with children and grandparents. I think this is a terrific mattress for the price. It looks and feels well-made and it's very comfortable, supportive, and soft to the touch. It was easy to slice open the plastic wrapping it came in without fear of touching the mattress with a sharp edge because a special little tool is provided to do exactly that. And it was fairly easy to maneuver it around by myself to get it centered on the bed slats.
