Beautiful Crucible knob is an easy way to elevate any piece. I have it here replacing a signature gold tone stainless steel knob on my deep teal Dutch oven. The rectangular shape of this pan was inspired by the Japanese makiyakinabe pans that are used for rolled omelets called tamagoyaki. The rectangular omelet can be filled and rolled evenly and then cut into slices with an identical diameter.
