I had a customer purchase 4 of these toilets, the only problem I noticed with the installation is you can tighten the bolts through the sides of the base and you can still twist the bowl. In other words there's still play from side to side, but not forward and back. I've watched several installation videos, and everyone gives the impression that the toilet bowl is locked down without any movement. So once everything is assembled your basically depending on the caulking to seal and hold the base of the toilet in place. On the concentional base with the screws being secured through the holes on the base you were able to securely lock down the base. Got this product through a Municipal program. (H2O Water Sense Dual Flush) In less than 12 months the flush mechanism stopped working properly twice. Can't find info to troubleshoot the problem and can't find any info on repair parts. This is my third temperpic mattress, The hybrid mattress in the Breeze that has 10degree cooling is very comfortable and supportive , I went from a queen firm breeze to a split king hybrid . Since I am a side sleeper it is much more comfortable and I am able to sleep well. I like that it is good quality, and the manufacturer stands behind their products. I love everything about it , nothing that I Do not like except the price but you get what you pay for, I paired it up with the pro base which increase the comfort with a lumbar support , mZ vibration and Bluetooth speaker you can pay white noise through and fall a sleep faster.
