It took a few days for the pillows to fluff out (expand) to look puffy - so do not be discouraged when you see that it looks flat initially. The medium feel is the perfect balance — soft enough to feel comfortable and cushioned, but still supportive without sinking in too much. The gel memory foam helps keep it cool at night, which makes a big difference in sleep quality. It arrived compressed in a box and was surprisingly easy to set up. Within a short time it fully expanded and had very little odor. The hybrid design gives a nice mix of contouring comfort and sturdy support, making it great for both side and back sleepers. I also appreciate that it’s Oeko-Tex® certified, which gave me extra peace of mind knowing the materials were tested for harmful substances. I think this is a terrific mattress for the price. It looks and feels well-made and it's very comfortable, supportive, and soft to the touch. It was easy to slice open the plastic wrapping it came in without fear of touching the mattress with a sharp edge because a special little tool is provided to do exactly that. And it was fairly easy to maneuver it around by myself to get it centered on the bed slats. Part is new, looks good, arrived on time. Great. However, there's no mention or photo that shows this part is only the 'sleeve' that is inserted into the rough-in mix valve - it doesn't include the internal cartridge (must purchase separately if needed).
