Some of the louvers arrived with minor factory paint scratches. I reached out to Mirador for touch-up paint, but they don’t offer any. This was the most well packaged and clearly marked build I have ever bought. Someone has OCD because it was ON POINT!! Directions were very easy to follow, and all the holes lined up. I live in Chicago suburb, which is pretty windy, i used to have umbrella or pop up tent but they got blow away really bad. Finally made my mind to invest in this permanent Gazebo. It turned out perfectly, the installation was long but easy to follow because all the pre drilled holes, great manual and design of it. The cedar wood stand and steel frame really high quality and looks super premium. This definitely brings a lot to my patio space. Great looking pergola with easy to follow instructions. Took two adults about 7 hours to build with breaks in between. We also used the recommended expansion bolts to secure it to our cement patio. The wood is very soft so it does dent and scratch easily while we were building it but it doesnt look bad at all. The Bolt Down bracket system enables pergola owners to mount their pergola safely and securely to a wood deck or cement patio. Simply measure your footprint and bolt the galvanized steel brackets into place. Insert 4 x 4 (10cm x 10cm) pressure-treated wood posts (purchased separately) into the brackets and screw them in place. Slide your pergola posts over the wood posts, and screw the pergola posts into the wood. The result is a lasting installation that is safe and rigid. This mounting system was specifically designed for Vita brand pergolas. We highly recommend that if you are installing any of these vinyl Pergolas on a flat surface, you purchase this kit. The mounting system comes with brackets and 1.5” (3.8cm) self-tapping screws. The bolt-down brackets are guaranteed for 5 years against defects. Important note: do not use the bolt-down bracket system for installing the pergola over concrete pavers, patio stones, or interlocking bricks. It took a few months to get up the desire to tackle this project. The instructions were pretty straight forward, mainly pictures without words. I'd say assembly was on the easier side. Instructions said it would take 4 to 6 people to assemble, I did it completely by myself with no issues. I think it took me about 10 total hours over 2 days to completely assemble. There were several parts that were not marked with the same letters as in the instructions but easy enough to figure out. The "V" posts were actually "W" posts and a couple other issues like that. There was also one length of wood that was about 1" too long and I had to trim it off to assemble. a nice looking gazebo and I'd probably purchase it again.. William. Sat Sep 07 2024

I love it!!! It's perfect for our pool deck. My husband put it together by himself and it took him about 2 hours, he secured the poles to the deck.
