Great to get my replacement hot tub cover. Shortage of materials has caused this product to greatly increase in price and delayed delivery times. Product is good and required to keep your tub clean, and your Electra costs down. But I’ve now gone through 3 covers in the last 6 years! They don’t last forever, and have issues with leaving cover material stains on the hot tub adjacent surfaces.. James David. Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Fri Jul 03 2026

The soft top is an amazing foam cover that is not easily affected by the chemicals found in hot tubs. This soft top does not absorb water unlike most foam covers on the market. The foam cover is 1/4" thick and comes in a roll which you can trim to custom-fit the shape of your spa. The floating cover floats on top of the spa water to retain heat and condensation. To obtain the utmost in energy efficiency, use the soft top with a rigid, hardcover; the dead air space that forms between the two covers provides excellent protection against heat loss. Compared to commonly used solar blanket material, the soft top insulate far better and will last much longer.

Fits just fine and hope it keeps heat in and evaporation down. John. Key Largo, FL. Mon Mar 31 2025

Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, Im mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, theres a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25 spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update Its been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only 15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. Im on my 4th refill now. Hopefully its done with the leaching. 6 Month Update All pretty much the same as the 3 month update, but I will add that the fact that one of the drink holders is at such an angle that no drink could ever actually sit there is a bit frustrating.. Joshua. Sisters, OR. Thu Jul 09 2026

Spa time should feel like a reward, not a workout. The HeatWave Low Mount Spa Cover Lift gives one person an easy way to lift a heavy, waterlogged spa cover and swing it up and behind the spa in one smooth motion. The under-mount bracket design attaches directly to the spa cabinet with screws, keeping the profile low and the mechanism close to the base. Adjustable spacers help fine-tune the fit to the cabinet height, and the unit measures 102 in L x 69 in W. This spa cover lift is built for most square and rectangular spas up to 8 ft wide with radius corners, and installation calls for 2 ft of clearance on all sides of the spa. The kit ships complete with the instructional manual, steel frame, mounting brackets, adjustable spacers and all hardware included, so no additional purchases are needed to install it. The black powder-coated steel frame is rust-resistant and sun-resistant, holding up through rain, snow and sun exposure season after season, whether the spa sits on a backyard patio, poolside deck or vacation rental property. When the spa is in use, this hot tub lid lifter folds down neatly out of the way, keeping the outdoor area open and unobstructed. It also works as a straightforward replacement for a worn or broken lifter of any brand, restoring easy one-person cover access without replacing the entire setup. This hot tub cover lifter is backed by HeatWave's 1-year limited warranty and U.S.-based support.

It works great the hydromassage system really provides a relaxing experience and has great power, and the lights make it look even better at night. I love this hot tub. I originally bought an inflatable hot tub and quickly discovered we loved it. So we ordered this tub. I was expecting it around May 14th to the 22nd but it came early on the 2nd. The delivery drivers were absolutely incredible. We had planned to set the tub at the far end of our gravel dirt driveway and the delivery drivers were kind enough to bring it as far as they could which was actually right next to where we were going to put it. They were wonderful and made it so easy for us to get the tub where we needed it. It is quite heavy so we had 4 guys here to help us move it after the delivery drivers left. It wasnt too bad to get it into position. My only complaint about the hot tub is the access panel screws are put in at an angle. I had to buy a right angle drill adapter to remove the screws. And some of the screws no longer catch on the panel to hold it together now. My other complaint is that the holes are large enough for rodents to get into the access panel. So we had to cover those holes in wire mesh. A minor issue but it was fixable. My biggest complaint is just the difficulty in accessing the pump. My other complaint is the cover has 3 holes on each side that go through the fabric and show the foam inside. I would think thats not right but its on both sides and the holes are in the same position on both sides and perfect circles. I dont know if those are intentional though or not.. Tyler. Discover more time outdoors with friends and family, season after season.

Fits a caldera utopia spa 89"x89" . We recently purchased a new spa lid, which was $500 dollars, hopefully this thin cover for our 2" thick foam cover will allow it to last longer than the last two. The california sun is brutal. It fit really well, and has pull strings on two sides to snug it up a bit. It might stay put in high winds, because it rolls down the sides about a foot! Very satisfied with the thickness of the material, the seams, and thread used. Seems very well made! Would order similar covers from this company for patio furniture or bbq in the future.. Victoria.
