I got this chair for my elderly friend. She loves the height of it, that its comfortable to sit in and that it reclines. However it is hard to push the footrest back down once its reclined. I actually had a hard time with that myself. It does swivel nicely, however, its hard for her to get out of it because she has to use a walker to pull herself up and with the swivel feature, shes worried its going to shift on her while getting up. So we are going to fix that for her. It also came with a small fray on the armrest. Not a big deal. The chair came in one very heavy box. I couldnt lift it by myself. It has the back and bottom to the chair in the same box. It was very easy to put together. Regardless of the flaws she has with it, the chair works perfectly for anyone that doesnt have issues..
