This was initially going to be a 1 star review because when the bookcase arrived, every shelf and the bottom of the bookcase was damaged. I changed it to 4 stars because of how great the product support has been. I submitted the issue to wayfair and they put me in touch with the manufacturer, who offered to send a replacement if I sent the damaged one back. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning such a large item so I asked for a partial refund and they offered 25 back, which I felt like was fair. They also responded every time in a timely manner. So while the product did arrive damaged, customer service was excellent and this experience won’t deter me from ordering from wayfair again.. This bench doesn’t just sit in your space—it breathes history into it. Crafted from salvaged timber, each plank carries the whispered stories of its past life. The natural cracks, nail holes, and variations in tone aren’t flaws—they’re proof of character, preserved with reverence. The design is deliberately simple—just thick, solid wood atop sturdy splayed legs—because when material speaks this eloquently, it needs no ornament. No two pieces are alike, and yours will develop its own soft sheen over years of use. This is slow decor for those who believe beauty should be earned, not manufactured.

The bench is really attractive, perfect size. I gave it 4 stars because I personally felt that the reclaimed wood part could have been better quality for the price.. Cindy. Granada Hills, CA. Wed Oct 21 2026
