Was way easier to put together than I expected from reading other reviews. Also I was able to get every single hole to line up unlike all of the other people too. Maybe thats because Im a female - 37 yr old female who put this together alone. I found not separating the plastic washer part from the row easier to do rather than trying to hold onto the washer and screw I just held the washer next over (see random picture showing what I mean). I havent put the doors on, but dont expect an issue. Im looking forward to how this holds up in Denver, CO. Another thing is there seems to be a clear plastic over all of the metal parts, the manual didnt say if youre supposed to take those off. I ordered the shed in grey…it arrived on time and my handyman and I put it together in about 4 hours. It was a bit overwhelming but I am happy with the result. The floor was not very sturdy but my handyman solved that by putting treated wood below it and now it is very sturdy. In addition we used the hardware included and drilled it into the concrete slab we made for it to stand on. I was on the fence about purchasing online based on reviews about the arrival of the shipment being damaged by some others. But after we got out of the box and evaluated everything look to be in good shape. I used a caulking gun with liquid nails along with all of the hardware kit to put it together so it is pretty sturdy for what it is . That being said my wife is happy so therefore I got off fairly inexpensively for a local alternative of a tool shed for $2000. Best to have two people or three people to make sure everything lines up and just take your time and we put it together within less than two hours with the caulking gun of liquid nails.. Greg. We liked the size and look of this shed for storing seasonal outdoor chairs and tables. Assembly took about 4 hours including a rain delay. Once we got the floor assembled the rest of it went pretty easily except for the roof which was a real challenge. We ended up securing two corners inside then tucking the rest of it in, otherwise we would get it tucked in and it would come out. Also the door panel had a small dent which I don't think will affect the durability but a little disappointing to have some damage on it.
