We call this our “pretty shed”. It took 3 people to assemble and I recommend you stain and seal it pretty quickly as the pine wood absorbs water and spots if not sealed. I also recommend you use a power nailer since the siding shingles are fairly thin and when we tried to use a hammer they started to split. We didn’t seal the roof shingles and are noticing the shingles are shrinking. Had it up for 18 months now - no leaks so far. We love it and hope it stands the test of time -). Michele. San Jose, CA. This worked out well for our needs. Definitely not a one-person assembly job as some pieces either didn't align exactly right or needed someone else to hold pieces together so they could be attached. The holes in the door don't align very well so it's hard to attach a small lock to keep the door from swinging outward. Everything was labeled and the instructions (mostly pictures with directional arrows) were easy to follow enough. If you can assemble Lego sets, the assembly instructions were about the same method. Yes, you need a floor. Do measure the space before buying and cutting (tip - HD will give you one free cut on the giant board. Having it in two pieces makes it much easier to install inside). We also needed a ladder to assemble the roof. It is a bit flimsy though it worked well for us as we installed this in the small space between the house and fence, nestled up against another part of a fence that does not open. 12 ft. W x 26 ft. D Wooden Garage Shed is the perfect addition to any property looking to add more storage space. This needs at least two-three people to install it, and it does not come with a floor, garage door, or roof shingles. All specified in product description. Although we paid 7,000, it took another 3,500 to complete the finished shed because of that. Plus we insulated and installed sheetrock inside. Pretty easy to follow instructions and materials were well documented and tagged. Lots of room inside. We reconfigured windows and one door easily. I knew I would be changing out the screen that came with the shed to a fencing more appropriate for a large parrot. I was able to easily modify it for my needs and it has been great for my cockatoo. He loves the space and it has held up to his destructive nature. It took 2 people all day to put it together, but that was largely because there are a ton of screws for this.
