I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. Also bought my own 16 foot and 10 foot long boards for the sill plates and headers, and used them instead of the shorter pieces that came with the kit. Michael. Wed Jul 03 2024

I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. We put it over a concrete slab. SO HAPPY.. Amanda. United States. Wed Nov 16 2022

Great shed, just what we needed at a good price. We took our time and assembled it over two and a half days with mostly one person. Well the shed is great but the team sent out to install it were not even familiar with how to put together a shed. They said that they don't even get told what they're going to build just to bring tools and show up somewhere. I was very disappointed. They didn't even get to finish that day but I didn't want them to come back because they wouldn't be paid to come back an extra day. So my husband and I still have a lot of work to put on it and it's been 3 years. I just don't think that I'm going to put the stuff on there like I'm supposed to.. Sarah. US. Fri Oct 17 2025

It took a day to assemble. I hired the crew from Handy via Wayfair. I bought the sheet shingles for the roofing since it doesn’t come with the kit and they were able to place it. I paid for a concrete slab to be made for it. Overall the whole project was about 4500. I am located in Florida and I will have to strap it down in case of a hurricane and hope for the best.. Ivana. The Suncast 8x10 Shed is a nice addition to our property for our storage needs. I will admit the process of putting together the shed was not as easy as other reviews had suggested (however that is probably user error). Having a level base is extremely important as any uneven surface will cause the roofing and doors to not align as needed and will create some issues while putting it together. Overall for price and size this shed is worth it. My only other suggestion would be to anchor it down to protect against adverse weather.. Anonymous. Cheshire County, NH. Mon May 04 2026

Made by a trusted brand known for quality and reliability.

I recently bought this 8x12 heavy-duty outdoor resin shed, and I’m very impressed with the item. It feels noticeably more robust than other resin sheds I looked at — the reinforced panels and metal supports give it a strong, dependable structure. Even after heavy rain and gusty winds, everything inside remained completely dry. Putting it together was fairly simple and took around three hours with two people. The wide double doors easily accommodate my ladder and larger tools, and the reinforced floor feels firm and secure underfoot. One of the highlights for me is the custom-fit solar light. It’s a great addition — it mounts neatly inside the shed and provides impressively bright illumination. The built-in backup battery is a real bonus, and I appreciate that it can recharge via solar power or a wall outlet, so you’re never without light. Best of all, no wiring is required. I also felt reassured knowing it comes from a USA-based brand. The overall craftsmanship reflects that — it’s clearly well-designed and made for long-term use. All in all, it looks tidy in the yard, feels highly durable, and includes thoughtful features that help it stand out. It’s definitely a purchase I’m glad I made.. Chaya. Mon Mar 02 2026

This 10x12 FT outdoor shed offers ample space for lawnmowers, bikes and other large items while keeping the interior dry and the structure stable. It features top transparent panels and 2 windows to let in natural light, plus 4 vents for good ventilation. Crafted from 0.25mm color steel and 0.6mm galvanized sheet, with 4 anchors, it resists corrosion, rain and UV. Also, it has a sloping roof to prevent water buildup and a lockable door.

Very Disappointed With This Purchase This shed has had multiple issues throughout the assembly process, including numerous pre-drilled holes that are not in the correct locations or do not properly align. We brought these concerns to Wayfair Support and have provided multiple photos clearly showing the incorrect and misaligned holes. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the possibility of defective or incorrectly manufactured parts, we have essentially been told that we are assembling the shed incorrectly. We have followed the instructions, tried the troubleshooting steps provided, and sent photos demonstrating the issue, yet we continue to go back and forth without a resolution. This has now been going on for more than three days, and the process has been extremely frustrating and unproductive. We spent a significant amount of money on this shed and expected a much better experience. I am not someone who typically complains or leaves negative reviews, but I feel this experience needs to be shared. Based on our experience, I would not recommend purchasing this shed. The product has had multiple issues, and the customer support experience has made an already frustrating situation even worse. At this point, we are seriously considering looking elsewhere for future purchases rather than continuing to deal with a support process that has not provided a meaningful resolution. For any future buyers, please look at a different shed or elsewhere.. Alicia. Bemidji, MN. Thu Sep 24 2026

The Imperial Metal garage is the strongest steel outdoor building you can find today. While most metal garages have thin, flimsy walls that dent and ding soon after you assemble them, metal garages have thicker steel walls and a special rib design for greater strength and dent resistance. Per square foot of snow. Made with hot-dipped galvanized steel frame parts, the attractive design and color of the imperial metal garage go well in any landscape.
