There's honestly not *too* much to tell about this-it's a toilet and it does what it's supposed to! Overall, we’re very happy with the upgrade. It is noticeably easier to clean compared to lower-end toilets, and it flushes efficiently—usually just one flush is enough. It also runs much quieter, which we really appreciate. We’ve also noticed that stains don’t build up as easily in the bowl compared to cheaper models. The design is sleek and the height is more comfortable, especially for adults or taller users. We paired it with a bidet seat, which makes it even better. Shipping and packaging were excellent. Everything arrived well-protected, with no cracks or damage. It did come in multiple boxes and the pieces are quite heavy, so it helps to be organized when unpacking. Customer service from both Wayfair and the manufacturer has been responsive and helpful when we had questions. Although it costs more upfront, we feel it’s worth it in the long run. The Colony Round Front toilet is a space saver, but this High Efficiency Toilet offers great value, price and performance. With excellent flush performance using 20% less water compared to a standard ultra low flush 1.6 gpf (gallons per flush) toilet.

Toilets don't ship well but wayfair makes it right. Paying and picking up at home. Very heavy item. Which I don't understand since they will lose out on money. They don't have you return it when clearly broken and going to recycling or trash. It is good toilet and price but doesn't ship well.
