May 2026, The tile is beautiful! But there seems to have been a packaging/delivery problem, many tiles were chipped on the corners and front edges and a few were broken. There were many other tiles that were chipped on the back side, but I can still use those. The ones I can't use added up to about 3/4 of a box. All 6 boxes looks like they had been dropped as the boxes were torn at the seams. Update: In August 2026 I ordered another box to hopefully have enough tile do tile the shower, but, the majority of the box was broken. There us definitely a problem with packing and shipping. There are maybe 4 tiles out of thus box that are intact. All of the rest either have chips out of the sides and corners or are completely broken in half. I need a refund!. Linda. Springfield, MO. Here's what I'll say about this tile. It's actually beautiful and very hard to find one that comes close to it - I genuinely tried. The one bad thing is I can't tell if this company is doing dynamic pricing or what. When I first found this tile it was $13/sq ft then rose to $36/ sqft then $42/sqft then they had a "50% off sale" for $21/sq ft. Pretty frustrating but i ended up hving to purchase it at that price. Now it's $20/sq ft. Not sure what the situation is but it didn't feel good and i tried very hard to find ones that matched my floor tiles as well as these did and could not so ended up going with them anyway at the higher price and they definitely look nice but just a little tough to swallow.. Delivery took a week, even though the warehouse this ships from is in my state (NJ). Having said that, the tiles look amazing and I'm very happy with them! I don't like small tile, so this is just what I was looking for at a decent price. For some reason, this size is very hard to find everywhere. I would recommend getting the right amount of tiles in one go, so you're not waiting for 2 more tiles like I did. When the last 2 tiles arrived, they were hard to retrieve due to the lack of air in the sealed box. I appreciate the seal, as it kept the tiles safe during shipping and nothing arrived cracked or broken. It's just significantly harder to open when you have much less tiles to protect. Lights arrived packed properly And all of them do work properly. The ability to tilt the lights is a great feature. If you choose to keep them flush they do not look as if they are tiltable which is a more high-end look. The multi-choice Kelvin feature is very helpful. As this is a shower room, the 4-in recessed lighting works nicely. They are definitely bright enough! They can also be put on a dimmer for both mood lighting and brightness!
