These are great lights. The adjustable feature for color temperature works very well, and the lights themselves seem to be of good quality. These lights are great. I was able to install them myself and I am not an electrician (although a very capable DIYer). The box sits perfectly inside the ceiling and the switch to adjust the light temperature is on the side facing the hole so you don't have to keep pulling it out to adjust. The lights are wafer thin and the clips are easy enough to manage. These small pot lights appear to be exactly what I needed for my installation. The swivel (gimbal) is ingenious and, as I am installing them on a vaulted ceiling, I should be able to have them point back towards the outside walls instead of towards the middle of the room as non-swiveling pots would have done.. Only issue was that I wish the outside ring was a little bigger. My original 5" can lights had a ring that went out to a full 6".
