Added this to the side of my house. I added pressurized wood to level bottom since my pad is sloped. Also added wood around the sides and top because the brickwork on the bottom prevents greenhouse from being flush against siding. Now that it's installed, I'm VERY happy with the overall look and quality of the gazebo. It's attractive, sturdy and a nice addition to my back yard. I do feel obligated to give a mild warning to prospective buyers: - When the instructions say 2+ people are required at certain stages they mean it. DON'T do what I did (assembled the posts and beams upside down and flipped it over). Ripped bolt anchors, bent metal, lots of cursing. All fixable but not a good time. - The instructions only include pictures and there were more than a couple times I interpreted them incorrectly . I ended up having to remove and re-install parts after having that "ah-hah" moment . Not the end of the world but it adds time. - Nuts and bolts are made of soft metal. You WILL have lots of stripped bolts if you use a power drill ( a must if you want to speed things up) and are not super careful. Good news is Sojag provides lots of extra parts. But... - Having so many extra parts means you'll constantly second guess whether your missing something; especially since there are holes that don't need anything. The automatic louver vent opener was designed to automatically control the temperature and provide additional ventilation in all Canopia greenhouses. As the air inside the greenhouse warms, the vent gradually opens to allow the correct amount of air flow into the greenhouse and closes when the optimal temperature is reached. The vent arm was designed with the use of natural minerals that expand with heat to push a piston, which raises the window, as the air gets warmer then contracts as it cools, closing with the use of a spring. The automatic vent opener operates without the use of electricity.

Very clever kit with very minimal written directions. Pictorials don’t completely explain some things, but you can figure it out if you are good at assembling. It took at least a full week to assemble it. More hands help, or use temporary bracing to hold parts in place. It just included a small screwdriver and wrench, but luckily I had a ratcheting socket wrench set, and hired a highly skilled handyman, who had a cordless drill. We set the base on PT 4x4. Three 12’ long worked, but you need to assemble the bottom 1st, then measure to exact sizes. I will add a couple photos to show the “clips” used to hold panels in place. Overall, it’s pretty solid after complete assembly and no pieces were missing, which was a relief. It won’t stay very warm if not sheltered. All the braces go on the inner side & all the plastic panels go on the outside. The vents assembly has to be hooked under the edge of the ridge at top, and set so they can hook slots in #4 pieces onto the tab (it should point up). Pictures should show that better. UPDATE: the gazebo only leaked that first time the day after it was built. I think the roof panels were a bit warped from shipping and straightened out over time. Now it doesn’t leak at all and is exactly what I hoped for. Very disappointed. It was delivered 10 days late and leaks. Easy to put together and looks gorgeous but leaks everywhere when it rains. It is on a flat surface and was installed correctly. I plan on getting rubber gaskets to put the screws in that attach the roof pieces and hopefully that helps. This greenhouse is absurdly difficult to assemble. For some reason it is designed to be on constant level ground. It’s a greenhouse, it goes outside in a garden where there are hills. The problem stems from these drop in rods they use. These rods go into rectangular slots and then fasten to absolutely nothing.
