As a designer, I have ordered this tree multiple times for different projects, and I love it every time! My only complaint is that the times I have ordered it, the black fake dirt in the top of the pot has come in cracked every time, but Wayfair is very quick to either replace or discount it to make up for it. Their customer service is amazing! I still love this tree, and I put it in my own pot and put rocks around the bottom so it doesn’t tip, anyway. The tree arrived in a lightweight, easy to manage box. It is about 3 inches shorter than 78" which is fine as it is handmade. The branches are attached securely and the trunk (made up of four intertwined trunks) looks very realistic. The leaves are a medium green and quite attractive. It took only a few minutes to "fluff" to my taste. The fact that it didn't come with a decorative pot was good as I had my own pot. This flowering tree (although, I’d call it more of a plant than a tree) is like hitting the jackpot! It’s so pretty and there are really that many flowers on it. The color is vibrant.
