Actual palms are notoriously difficult to keep alive. I went through 2 of them before finally deciding to go artificial—one of the best decisions regarding houseplants, especially here in Seattle where there’s limited sunlight a lot of the year. I purchased two of these to put them outside in my backyard. I left them in the pot it came with and put them in larger pots with more rocks on top.
