Blankets are the one thing a living room never has enough room for. They end up over the sofa arm, folded on the floor, or stuffed in a closet three rooms away from where anyone actually uses them. The SOLHOME blanket basket is sized to fix that.
At 26 inches wide and 19 inches deep, it holds several folded throws and a couple of cushions at once, so the whole family's blankets live in one place beside the sofa. The rectangular curve shape softens the corners, and the handwoven natural brown water hyacinth brings warm texture to a room, which is why it works out in the open rather than tucked away.
Underneath the weave is a hidden iron frame. That is what keeps the sides square when the basket is full, so it does not slump or bow the way an unframed basket does after a few months.
A handle on each side means you can lift it to the guest room when the sofa bed comes out, or move it aside to vacuum, without dragging a loaded basket across the floor. At 14 inches tall it clears most console tables and sofa arms.
It works well beyond blankets, too: pillows and linens in a bedroom, toys in a play area, or magazines and games in a family room.
Dimensions: 26"L x 19"W x 14"H. Weight: 8 lb. Material: water hyacinth with an iron frame. Color: natural brown. Handwoven in Vietnam. Arrives fully assembled.
Because each basket is woven by hand from a natural fiber, the color and weave vary slightly from piece to piece.
Love this piece! Can’t wait to put it to use. Very sturdy and great material. Looks just like photos on website. Highly recommend if you need more space for storage.. Ana. Bloomingdale, IL. Tue Sep 15 2026
