The furniture itself has been incredible! It is very comfortable and was fairly easy to assemble ourselves. The only pitfall was that one of the wireless chargers came damaged. Wayfair was quick to recognize the issue and have tried to work with me for a fix, but we have been unable to come up with a timeframe that works for all parties for the repair. For the price, it is perfect for my needs. The assembly was challenging due to the number of pieces that hold it together. The directions had pictures, but some narrative would be helpful. I am no youngster and not the strongest, but I put it together by myself and with rest stops subtracted from the equation, I was able to get it together in about 5 hours. Again, for the price, it was fine. I had ordered Wayfair assembly but due to some hiccups in shipping I could not get that part coordinated.
